There is nothing we can say to make it better, but we want you to know we all will think of Maverick every day here and he is an inspiration to all other dogs who are going through this. Please let us know if we can do anything at all.

Just saw the story about Cody on Fox Atlanta, and I think it is wonderful he is doing well. It brought back memories of my Ariel. He had complications from diabetes, had Cushing's disease, and passed away. We easly spent about $10K over 2 years with his medication and treatment. Then people mention money. If people don't understand, that says a lot. They lack empathy, compassion, and need to be avoided like the plague. I pray Cody continues to recover and that your family will continue to be blessed!

Thank you everyone for all your support! I have been home for over a month now and am really feeling a lot better! Let all your friends know about my story so the word really gets out there about the amazing Bone Marrow Transplant Program at NCSU!
